Sofia Airport

By car

Sofia International Airport is situated 10 kilometres north-east from the Sofia city centre. Travelling to and from the airport is easier than you think. Convenient road access gets your journey off to a flying start.

By bus

There is a regular public bus link between Sofia Airport and the city centre. The bus station is located close to the Arrivals terminal.

Route:

Sofia Airport - Sofia University. Bus stops are limited to 16. The line number is 84 and operates between 5 a.m. and 11 p.m. all year round. A single ticket costs 0.50 leva /0.25 EURO/. Tickets are sold at the kiosk at the bus stop. If you have luggage with dimensions bigger than 60x60x40 cm, you must buy a ticket for it. A single ticket for one piece of luggage costs 0.50 leva /0.25 EURO/.

Shuttle bus

In addition to local bus services, there are hotel shuttles and scheduled coach services to the city centre. Number of the scheduled coach is 30.

By Taxi

Taxi company "O.K. SUPERTRANS" provides taxi services from Sofia Airport. "O.K. SUPERTRANS" charge normal fares for each trip. Passengers requiring a taxi should enquire at the "O.K. SUPERTRANS" office located in the public area of the Arrivals Hall or get O.K. SUPERTRANS taxi from the line right in front of the Arrival Hall. The average fare between Sofia Airport and the city centre is 6-8 leva /3-4 EURO/.

Rent a car

Car rental desks are located in the public area of the Arrivals Hall.

Parking

Sofia Airport Authority operates the Public Parking, which is located just in front of the Terminal Buildings. The Public Parking is available 24 hours a day.
