Entrepreneurs to Promote Bulgaria as Property Investment Hotspot

Fourteen leading Bulgarian construction entrepreneurs have established the Bulgaria Est8s Club, aiming to promote Bulgaria as attractive property investment destination.

The establishment of the club comes as a result of the initiative Bulgaria Est8s, which started with the official participation in Europe's biggest property, travel and lifestyle exhibition called “A Place In The Sun Live”, London - summer, 2005.

The Bulgaria Est8s Club program includes presenting information on the condition of Bulgaria's real estate market, participation of Bulgarian companies at major property exhibitions, maintaining good relations with the Bulgarian embassies abroad, establishing adequate communication with foreign investors, agents, promoters.

The club's annual program also includes active campaign aimed towards the most dynamic for Bulgaria markets - UK, Ireland and the potential ones - Russia, the Scandinavian countries, Germany, Dubai, Switzerland and Japan.
