Bulgaria Ranks 3rd By The Number Of Properties Sold Out

Bulgaria holds the third position on the list of British citizens’ favorite destinations for property buying. This was announced by the British newspaper Herald which quoted HIFX – a company, dealing with money transfers.

Ahead of Bulgaria (8% of buyers) is only Spain (26 %) and France (24%).

Far behind stay destinations like Florida, Portugal and Dubai, owing to a clever promotion of the Black Sea hotels and the ski resorts.

Herald points out that for the same amount of money in Bulgaria one can buy much more goods and services than in Spain, Portugal and Greece.

‘There are almost 300 sunny days on the Black Sea Coast, and a tasty lunch with wine for two costs less than 12 EUR. For British tourists Bulgaria is # 1 tourist destination,’ Herald informs.

200 000 British tourists visited Bulgaria in 2005.
